You don't need to bring anything — just remember to wear comfortable clothing and socks.
What is Shiatsu?
Shi = finger. Atsu = pressure. Shiatsu, literally translated as "finger pressure", is a relatively young form of treatment significantly shaped in Japan by Shizuto Masunaga. At its centre is the meridian system — the body's energy channels — along with a holistic balance of muscles, organs, emotions and mind.
Note: Consulting a doctor to clarify your symptoms is essential.
